The Miser's Gold
More details of this scenario are on the scenario page. The Miser has buried gold in unknown locations, and the Vikings, the Militia and local Peasant are all keen to find it. A good three way bash.
The start of the scenario. The Viking ship is just arriving under full sail in the left background. The Miser's hovel is just above the white jetty in the estuary, and in the field beyond peasants can be dimly seen digging for gold. The militia are arriving complete with wagon in the far right. In the right foreground is the edge of the village with some cows in the fields. In the left foreground Alfred is out birding on top of the hill, and Edith is emerging from the woods with a bundle of wood.

Some time later, and from a different angle. Some mounted Vikings remain on the right bank, but a skeleton crew is bringing the ship over to the other side. The jolly boat which started on the jetty has been used by the peasants and is now just in front of the Viking boat. Dead, stunned or otherwise prone characters litter the battelfield, and I think there is some lunatic trying to swim across near the jetty. The peasants have got their wagon over the bridge and used it to form a barricade.
